Dear customers,
Dear friends of the annual family day,

Since more than one year held by the Syrian Civil War the world in suspense. All efforts to achieve peace have failed.

For this reason, we want today to inform you that we have decided, in view of the current situation, to devote this year our commitment to refugee families in Hamburg with various actions.

We would like also to say a big thank you for the numerous inquiries for the 2015 deadline of the Family Day. Of course, we will inform you in time in 2016 on the new date.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you next year at the Grand Elysée Hamburg again.

Dear customers!

It all started back in April 2005 with a management buy-out of Hapag-Lloyd Business Travel & Maritz smart GmbH, a small office and just 12 employees… Now we can look back on ten successful years in the business, in which the agency has grown steadily. Over the years, our business has expanded, become more professional and new units have been added. The focus was always on the constant improvement of our products and services – in line with the needs and requirements of our customers and adapted to the relevant market. Today, our agency is active as an established full-service event agency. From the classic conference to elaborate event design – thanks to our intelligent software project – our staff of 30 is always on hand to provide fresh and individual ideas to their customers. But we do not really feel ten years older. We are more experienced and better able to deal with our daily work, particularly when it comes to dealing with the many customers and service providers we come across. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty and partnership and promise to continue to apply ourselves to ensure your satisfaction – after all, our success depends on your success! Today, we would like to take you on a short trip via  video to introduce you to our agency and our offices. We are delighted that each year interested girls choose to spend their Girls’ Day in our agency. smart and more has been participating in the nationwide Girls’ Day for several years now – a great way to try out office life beyond the scope of a normal internship.
